The 2026 Lawn Party by the Bay 50/50 Raffle (“Raffle”) is conducted by the Kiwanis Club of Longboat Key Foundation, Inc., a nonprofit corporation organized and existing under the laws of Florida and recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Participation is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

Entry Period & Drawing

Raffle entries will be accepted beginning September 19, 2026, through 1:45 p.m. ET on Saturday, December 5, 2026.

Entries associated with suggested donations may be obtained online through the official Lawn Party by the Bay website or, if offered, in person prior to the entry deadline.

The drawing will take place at approximately 2:15 p.m. ET on Saturday, December 5, 2026, at Ken Thompson Park on City Island.

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the entry deadline. The winner does not need to be present to win.

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

Suggested Donations & Raffle Entries

Suggested donations and corresponding numbers of Raffle entries are:

$50 suggested donation – 1 entry
$200 suggested donation – 5 entries
$500 suggested donation – 15 entries
$1,000 suggested donation – 35 entries

NO PURCHASE, DONATION, OR CONTRIBUTION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

Suggested donations made in connection with Raffle entries support the Foundation’s charitable work but are not required to enter or win.

Each eligible entry included in the drawing will have an equal chance of being selected.

No-Purchase Entry Method

To enter without making a purchase, donation, or contribution, mail your name, phone number, email address, and mailing address to:

Mailed entries must be postmarked by November 29, 2026, and received by December 3, 2026, to be included in the drawing.

Limit one (1) no-purchase entry per person.

Each eligible no-purchase entry will be included in the same random drawing as all other eligible entries and will have the same chance of selection as each individual entry obtained in connection with a suggested donation.

50/50 Grand Prize

The Grand Prize winner will receive fifty percent (50%) of the gross proceeds received from eligible Raffle contributions, with a guaranteed minimum Grand Prize of $10,000.

If fifty percent (50%) of gross Raffle contributions is less than $10,000, the Kiwanis Club of Longboat Key Foundation, Inc. will fund the difference necessary to provide the advertised $10,000 minimum Grand Prize.

If fifty percent (50%) of gross Raffle contributions exceeds $10,000, the Grand Prize will equal fifty percent (50%) of the gross Raffle contributions.

The remaining fifty percent (50%) of Raffle contributions will benefit the charitable work of the Kiwanis Club of Longboat Key Foundation, Inc. and Children’s Guardian Fund.

The drawing and awarding of the Grand Prize are not conditioned upon receiving a minimum number of entries or minimum amount of contributions. The advertised Grand Prize will be awarded regardless of the total amount of Raffle contributions received.

Winner Selection & Notification

The Grand Prize winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received by the entry deadline. The drawing will be conducted by the Kiwanis Club of Longboat Key Foundation, Inc. or its designee.

The winner does not need to be present.

If the winner is not present at the drawing, the Foundation will promptly attempt to notify the winner using the contact information provided with the entry.

The winner must claim the Grand Prize within 30 days of notification.

If a potential winner is determined to be ineligible or fails to claim the Grand Prize within the applicable claim period, the Foundation may select an alternate eligible winner, subject to applicable law.

Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes permission for the Kiwanis Club of Longboat Key Foundation, Inc. to use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, and city of residence for reasonable promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Release of Liability

By participating in the Raffle, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Kiwanis Club of Longboat Key Foundation, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, vendors, sponsors, and volunteers from liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the Raffle or the acceptance, possession, or use of the Grand Prize, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

No warranties, express or implied, are made with respect to the Grand Prize.

Taxes & Reporting

The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or fees associated with accepting the prize

The Foundation will provide any tax documentation required by applicable law.

Compliance & Legal Notice

No staff member, member, volunteer, or other individual will receive compensation for conducting or promoting this Raffle.

Contributions made in connection with Raffle entries are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions to the extent prohibited by applicable tax law.

The Grand Prize winner will be chosen at random.

The Raffle is intended to be conducted in compliance with Florida Statute § 849.0935.

The Raffle will not be canceled or conditioned upon receiving a minimum number of entries or amount of contributions.

The advertised Grand Prize will be awarded.

Any disputes relating to the Raffle will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
